Hoping to present this funny gritty northern working class play far and wide. This play represents the true spirit of the working classes

The Circle of Life was written during the global pandemic of covid 19.
Having lost my job a matter of weeks before lockdown I decided to write.. and before I knew what was happening I had written 2 sitcoms, 2 short films and this play, The Circle of Life.
To my surprise the words just poured out of me.. I always write from the heart.. A heart which beats strong & proud for the humble working classes of the North of England.
The Circle of Life will resonate with everyone.
It's a slick piece of writing that will send you into the depths of despair one moment then laughing your head off the next...That's how we like to do things in the North...exploring the extremes...
We have a great production which has been presented at 2 West Yorkshire venues, The Bradford Playhouse & The Ilkley Playhouse.
Both venues have asked us to go back after sell out shows (at both venues) and audience members have commented that the story stays close to their hearts.. whether funny moments or sad..
Audiences; prepare to be charmed with wit and humour. Prepare to be almost dragged into the less comfortable yet equally compelling sides of the story; by my amazing cast who are definitely ones to watch...
Delivering performances; flowing seamlessly from laugh out loud comedy to deep, serious & sometimes devastating issues...
In fact a couple of my cast have actually walked on the famous cobbles...
We are a true bunch of northern working class actors with a lot to shout about...
We have the talent. We have a story to tell with something for everyone, young or old, timid or bold...
What we are lacking is the funding needed to get our unique; funny & moving story out there to the masses...
Your money will go towards presenting this production to the diverse audience at The Edinburgh Fringe:

Thanks in advance. Julie Boyle & friends...
