We're grateful to be offered the chance to perform at the Edinburgh Fringe and are looking for donations to support this exciting project.
From listening to Abba to first seeing Keira Knightly in Bend it Like Beckham, ‘Saint’ explores many of the revolutionary and queer-coded moments we experience growing up. An intimate one-woman performance with striking honesty and humour, Saint is a bold new show that dissects sexuality and the social pressures of growing up gay. Sin, Repent, Repeat Baby.
Established in 2022 by Kayleigh Benham, Halfway Down Theatre debuted ‘Saint’ in March 2024 to a sold out audience. Kayleigh Benham and the theatre designer James Henderson have a wealth of experience, having worked on touring family shows, site specific Christmas productions and a whole lot of weird and wonderful street performances. They are so excited to have received the ‘Keep it Fringe’ fund to take Saint to Edinburgh, and hope to see you there.
As a working class, grassroots collective, we thank you all profusely for your support.
