Pinch Punch is heading to the Fringe and we need your help!
Pinch Punch is an improvisation company based in London that specialises in long-form comedy improv. Formed in 2019, we’ve entertained audiences up and down the country with our irreverent, joyous and downright silly brand of comedy.
Our mission is to bring the joy of improvisation to as many people as possible. We believe in the power of laughter and that it should be accessible to all. We've taken our five-star show to lots of places all over the UK on a quest to make improvisation (and laughter) as accessible as possible.
Part of our work is running improvisation workshops. During lockdown, we ran workshops for young people over Zoom. This was incredibly rewarding and an important reminder of the necessity of connection which our work brings in bulk. Since leaving lockdown, we've run improvisation workshops for SEN youth clubs.
Playing at The Edinburgh Fringe has been a dream of ours since we formed in 2019. This is a huge step for our company and we hope that you can be part of it.

Welcome aboard Locomotive for Murder: The Improvised Whodunnit! A fully improvised, five-star, murder mystery where killing the cast and cracking the case is in your hands. There will be outrageous accents. There will be larger-than-life characters. There will be thrills, spills and good old-fashioned kills.
Four characters board a train, but not everyone will survive. Thankfully, a world-famous detective is onboard, ready to solve the case (with the help of their trusty audience assistants, of course). But who is the murderer?
Through a random ticketing mix-up, only one person knows—the murderer themselves. Can you help the detective solve the case before the killer strikes again? Using audience stories and suggestions, watch Pinch Punch create a unique, one-of-a-kind, never-to-be-repeated whodunnit. If you love comedy, murder mysteries and putting your wits to the test, then this is the show for you!

We’re bringing our five-star show, Locomotive for Murder: The Improvised Whodunnit to the Edinburgh Fringe this August. This is a huge milestone for our company and one we’ve been working towards for some time.
But taking a show to the Edinburgh Fringe is expensive... very expensive. Even if we sell out our run, we’re still coming away with empty pockets. Aside from mounting and promoting the show, two of our biggest costs are accommodation and travel. That’s where you come in. With your help, we’re hoping to raise £3000 to get our actors up and down the country and keep them safe and warm at night.
Your support is crucial. You money will go towards covering our shortfall and making sure we can continue bringing our hilarious five-star show to audiences around the country. So, send us a tenner, a crisp fifty or even that 10p you found down the back of the sofa last night. As Hercule Poirot once said before patting his rear end with a wry smile, every little helps!
