We are an Oxford based student-led production company, Yellow Brick Productions. Our vision is to bring to life original pieces of writing and to share them with wider audiences. Our current project is Carte Blanche by Maria Sigrid Remme.
We would be so grateful if you would be able to give whatever you can to help us bring this wonderful script to fruition. The funds raised would be put towards props, costumes, programmes etc. to enable us to take it to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2023!

After the sudden death of her grandfather, Lisa Blanche is left with the task of carrying out one of the wishes on her grandfather's will: to find out what happened to his brother Pierre. Seventy years earlier in the trenches of France, Jamie MaCloy, a sniper who has returned to his post, befriends a French soldier, named Pierre Delacroix. Little does Jamie know how his friendship with Pierre will shape him and the decisions he makes afterwards.
Set in 1917 and 1980, Maria Sigrid Remme’s Carte Blanche is an intimate portrayal of the war and how its impact is felt across a family’s generations.
