We believe that friendship transcends language barriers! Help us make our Bilingual Children's Musical a success at the Edinburgh Fringe.

After an amazing run at the Hollywood Fringe this year, "Baby Rock" -A heartwarming and whimsical bilingual children’s musical- goes overseas to dazzle audiences at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Directed by Taylor Bazos and starring Liv Licursi and Ana Karina Cano, the show will run at C Aquila from July 31st to August 24th. We are so hyped to have 24 performances in the heart of Edinburgh's Old Town - But we need YOU to help us take it to the next level!

Our team 

Hello, Hola! This story is very close to our hearts because not only does it hold a very important message but is a reflection of our team's friendship. Ana is from Chihuahua, Mexico and Taylor is from New York. We met when we were both studying abroad in Spain and took an acting class together. We didn’t speak the same language and we are from very different backgrounds, but we immediately connected over our love of the arts and learning about new cultures. I hope that everyone can find a similar and special connection like ours and learn how to love through music, dance and play.

Baby Rock is a bilingual children’s musical in English and Spanish about a young girl, Anastasia, who explores the world and learns how to make a new friend regardless of language barriers and differences.

Our show teaches children in the audience at a very young age not only to accept others' differences but also to love and appreciate them for it. It is our hope that, through Baby Rock, we make the world a kinder and better place.

How will we use the money from this campaign?

Bringing a show to the Fringe is a costly adventure and we truly value the contribution you are making to ours. Your support means we can have an amazing, full festival run. Your donations will help us cover life expenses, housing,  venue and marketing in Edinburgh.

• Venue Cost
  We have the opportunity to perform in the gorgeous C Aquila theater (venue 21). It's a 91 seat theater in the heart in Edinburgh and part of the funds will go towards paying our venue rent.
  
  
• Marketing
  Each year so many incredible productions come to the Fringe and a great marketing campaign makes all the difference. The money you donate ensures our presence stands out amongst the +4000 shows in Edinburgh, so that plenty of people get to experience the magic and meaningfulness of our musical.
  
  
• Transport to + Accommodation In Edinburgh
  We will be sharing spaces and being as resourceful as possible during our month in Edinburgh. Your contributions ensure we stay warm, safe and rested in the chilly Scottish weather.
