I am bringing my solo standup comedy hour to the Edinburgh Fringe and my goal is to try to get enough good reviews to be able to tour the UK

Hiya!

My name is Mustafa, and I am a stand-up comedian from Libya. I started my comedy journey five years ago at open mics in Germany, and two years ago, I performed a solo hour for the first time. After a successful, sold-out WIP run for at the Brighton Fringe Festival in 2013, I set my sights on bringing my show to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

My goal is to get to tour the UK with my solo "Almost Legal Alien". In order for that to happen, I would need to get (decent) reviews from UK based publications and create some "buzz", and hence The Edinburgh Fringe Festival. 

I am investing everything I can to make my Edinburgh run successful and get me closer to realise my dream. However, this adds up to big investment which adds up to 16,000£. This includes:

• Venue fees
• Marketing and PR services
• Design and Flyers
• Directing
• Accommodation 
• Flights 
• Personal expenses
• Insurance
• Registration fees at the Edinburgh Fringe
