Aim

Please help to bring my new solo show 'A Year and a Day' to the Fringe this year by making a donation.

A Year and a Day was birthed as an audio drama as part of my podcast series, The Book at the End of the Shelf. It's a poignant and darkly funny tale of a man who is cursed so that every time he falls asleep, a year and a day passes. This play follows the life of Nathan as his sped-up life affects those that he loves and holds dear. A year and a day explores humanity,  love and growing old...and the play is also entirely in rhyme.

I've worked so hard to develop this script and have put in funds to hire Rosanna Mallinson, a fantastically talented physical theatre director to help guide me on this project. I'm so excited to provide an evening of intense drama, on a super-small scale.

My biggest cost for the Fringe this year is my venue hire. I'm being incredibly ambitious and have booked myself a 16-date run at the Space on the Mile. It's so important to me that people see this and I can't wait to present it at the Fringe this year. Your donation would help so much to make this dream come true.
